So that you can prepare your future holidays with peace of mind, we have set up a totally free guarantee included directly in the purchase of your ski passes: the SkiYouLater Guarantee, applicable to ski passes for 1 to 6 days (not started and uninsured) for the resorts of Saint-Lary and Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000.
Worried you might not be able to ski on the planned date (Covid, Illness, Accident, Postponed holidays, etc.)? Don't worry! If you have not used your 6-day pass by the due date, the amount can be carried forward as a credit note valid until April 2024. All this even at the last minute, without any fees and without the need for a receipt!
1, 2 and 3 consecutive day passes: are valid until the ski area closes. If you can't come and ski on the date you have planned, no problem, your pass is undated and valid for the whole 2022-2023 season. You don't have to do anything, just come and ski at a later date in the season and your pass will be valid. You will not be asked for any proof of identity. If you have not been able to use your pass during this 2022-2023 season, the amount can be carried forward as a credit note valid until April 2024 on your altiservice.com customer account. You can make your request to the resort customer service within 30 days of the resort's closure by filling in the form HERE.
4, 5 and 6 consecutive day passes: If you have not used your pass by the due date, the amount can be carried forward as a credit note valid until April 2024 on your altiservice.com customer account. To benefit from this credit, you have 30 days from the date of the first day of initially planned skiing to make a request for credit to the customer service of the resort via the form HERE.
For all 1 to 6 day passes, if you have not been able to use your credit before the end of the 2023-2024 season, you can request a refund from the customer service department by sending your request within 30 days of the resort's closure to the resort 's customer service department via the form HERE.
